As part of the rebranding of Shining Example Films I was asked by Andy to look at a creating a new logo for ‘Blistered Pictures’ for use in his (at that time) upcoming film Remnant. Initial brief was a ‘Mix of Lucas Film and Uneeda Medical (the storage company in Return of the Living Dead)  – all green, damaged and f**ked up’. Influence was also taken from the tone and feel of Andy’s previous shorts (Dysmorphia, Ink and Split).

An animated version was also created as a rough scamp. Ultimately the logo was used ‘clean’ which was more in keeping with the style and tone of the film.
